MEDICAL HISTORY
When booking, please inform our Receptionist if you’re pregnant; we recommend massages only after the first trimester but offer alternative treatments for early pregnancy.
Also, alert us to any allergies or medications that could affect your service to ensure your safety.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Temple Day Spa’s gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
To secure a booking, you must provide the voucher number.
Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Please see full terms in the below Cancellations + Change Policy.
Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash. Temple Day Spa are not responsible for loss or theft.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed at any Temple Day Spa location.
ARRIVAL TIME
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you can complete our consultation form, use the restroom and ease into our facilities.
CANCELLATIONS + CHANGE POLICY
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations of your treatment to avoid charges.
No-shows or same day cancellations incur a 50% fee.
If we do receive 24 hours notice, we will credit your account for the amount of the booked treatment so you can rebook at a later date. Account credits do not expire.
Bookings require a credit card charge to hold your spot.
RESERVATIONS + BOOKINGS
For the best chance at securing your preferred treatments, especially multiple services, we suggest booking ahead.
While we often accommodate same-day bookings, advanced notice is best.
Full payment is required when booking due to high demand, and please note that payments made by credit card are non-refundable.
A $30 surcharge is applied for all bookings made on Sunday.
Respectful Behaviour Policy
Temple Day Spa maintains a strict zero tolerance policy towards any inappropriate, abusive, intimidating, or sexually suggestive behaviour towards staff.
This policy applies across all Temple Day Spa facilities, including treatment rooms, bathrooms, sauna areas, reception spaces, and all phone, email, SMS, social media, or online interactions.
Any client who engages in inappropriate conduct, including sexual comments, requests, gestures, touching, or behaviour, will have their treatment or interaction terminated immediately. Full payment will still apply, and Temple Day Spa reserves the right to refuse future service, place clients on a “Do Not Service” register, remove clients from the premises, and/or contact authorities where necessary.
By booking with Temple Day Spa, clients agree to behave respectfully towards all staff at all times.
SPA ENVIRONMENT
Temple Day Spa is a sanctuary of tranquility, where many of our guests are immersed in treatments designed to restore the nervous system and promote deep relaxation.
We kindly ask that voices are kept low at all times throughout the spa, including the reception area, Diamond Lounge, relaxation spaces, locker areas, and corridors leading to treatment rooms. Treatments are in progress across the spa, and even soft conversations can carry and disrupt another guest’s experience.
To preserve this peaceful environment, we also ask that mobile phones are silenced and used only when absolutely necessary, that smoking does not occur on the premises, and that guests do not attend appointments under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.
Thank you for helping us protect the calm, restorative atmosphere that makes Temple Day Spa a place to truly switch off, unwind, and be cared for.
PREPARING FOR TREATMENT
Men planning to receive a facial should shave a few hours prior for maximum comfort and benefit. Our facilities include a locker room, bathroom, and a relaxation suite for your convenience.
WHAT TO WEAR
We provide disposable underwear, gowns, wraps, and slippers for your use. Feel free to wear personal undergarments or swimwear for hydro treatments if that’s more comfortable for you. All necessary amenities are supplied for your treatment.
CHILDREN
To ensure safety and preserve our spa ambience, children under 14 are not allowed in the spa. They may accompany an adult in the reception for voucher purchases or bookings but must not be left alone or disturb the peace.
Price Increases + Gift Vouchers
From time to time, Temple Day Spa may adjust treatment prices to remain aligned with supplier cost increases and CPI. In the event of a price increase, the difference between the voucher value and the updated treatment price will be payable at the time of booking.
Alternatively, the voucher holder may choose to redeem the monetary value of the gift voucher toward any other treatment or combination of treatments, with no additional payment required unless the selected service(s) exceed the voucher value.
