Experience a SOOTHING 60 min Pregnancy Massage tailored to you focusing on WEIGHT-BEARING areas such as the upper back, lower back, feet and legs or other areas as required.
HYDRATING FACIAL
Our HYDRATING FACIAL will leave your skin feeling balanced and hydrated, returning it to its naturally glowing state. Our therapist will then PAMPER YOUR FEET with a NOURISHING FEET TREATMENT with exfoliation followed by a warm towel compress, soothing feet massage and ending with nourishing paraffin treatment.
NOURISHING FEET TREATMENT
Our signature Nest & Temple Exfoliating Paste will leave your feet feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, whilst our hydrating Nest & Temple Foot Moisturiser, applied during a luxurious massage focusing on your heels and the soles of your feet, will hydrate your skin. Our premium paraffin treatment will lock in moisture, leaving your feet feeling soft and smooth.
Due to the nourishing properties of the warm paraffin, we recommend leaving nails unpainted for 12 hours after this treatment.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not have the tools to remove Shellac and we recommend you advise your therapist at the start of your treatment if you have Shellac on your nails.

Our specially designed pillows provide support for you and your baby, allowing you to totally relax. You will experience a reduction in swelling and sleep better, with a sense of overall calm. Our therapists will help wash away any anxiety and stress, leaving your body and mind in a harmonised state which is highly beneficial for you and your baby. You must be past the 12 week mark/first trimester to receive a pregnancy massage.
