Temple Day Spa gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Extensions of up to 1 month may be requested PRIOR to expiry in some cases at the discretion of management. Expired Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed. Failure to keep an appointment or provide the minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation will result in the gift voucher becoming void. A gift voucher number must be provided at the time of booking in order to hold the booking. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. No refunds or monetary returns will be given. Temple Day Spa will not be liable for any gift vouchers lost or stolen.
Your time at Temple Day Spa is designed to be relaxing and will restore your bodies natural energies. We do not want you to experience any stress and therefore request that you please arrive 15mins before your treatment time. Arriving ahead of your scheduled appointment gives you time to wind down in our peaceful surrounds as well as fill in any documentation or to use our bathroom facilities. Please be aware as a courtesy to all Temple Day Spa clients, if you arrive late, your allocated treatment time will be shortened to finish on the time scheduled without exception.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE POLICY
As you have reserved a specific treatment time a minimum of 12 hours is required for any change of date, time or service and 24 hrs for any cancellation. A 100% charge will apply to any treatment cancellation not within appropriate notice time or if you are a no show. A 50% charge for change policy if not within required time. Any gift vouchers will be 100% voided if correct notice time is not given. A credit card number is required at the time of booking any treatment to secure an appointment. Should you need to cancel an appointment made for Monday or days proceeding public holidays, Temple Day Spa will need to be notified by 12 noon on the last day of trade following closure.
RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS
We recommend you book in advance especially for multiple treatments or after hours appointments to avoid disappointment. However there are adequate therapists that can cater to booking requests on the day if required.
MEETING NEEDS AND COMFORT
Our Receptionists are able to assist you in tailoring the best possible spa package or treatment to suit your needs to ensure a pleasant experience every time. If you have any individual requirements, please let reception know at the time of the booking and we will be more than happy to further assist you in any way. Your therapist can make your room lighter or darker, adjust volume of the music and the heat of the bed should you require something different to ensure your comfort level.
Please notify our Receptionist at the time of booking your treatments, if you are pregnant, we advise you wait until after 12 weeks/first trimester to receive a pregnancy massage, we do have other suitable treatments available for you at this special time and would be happy to advise you. If you suffer from any allergies, or are taking any medication that may interfere with your experience it is always best to let reception and your therapist know. This is for your own safety.
The spa environment is a place where you can completely relax and unwind, therefore please respect this by kindly deferring from using mobile phones, smoking or being under the influence of non prescription drugs or excessive amounts of alcohol.
PREPARING FOR TREATMENT
We recommend that men having a facial should shave several hours before the treatment to ensure comfort and optimal benefits to the skin. We have a locker room and a bathroom with showering facilities along with a relaxation suite for you to use.
WHAT TO WEAR
Disposable underwear , gowns, wraps and slippers are provided . Should you feel more comfortable wearing your own underwear or swimwear during hydro treatments you are more than welcome. All amenities are provided during treatment.
We respect your privacy so rest assured your therapist will leave you to change in either a treatment room or in the locker room. Your therapist will drape you with towels covering all body parts not being treated at the time so modesty is maintained.
Children under 16 are not permitted in the spa to respect other guest’s relaxation and environment.
